Professional Profile Listing
We welcome both certified and non-certified translators and interpreters. Professionals holding certifications from recognized organizations such as ATA, CTTIC, NAATI, CIOL, or other relevant professional bodies are encouraged to apply. We also particularly welcome professionals working with less commonly available, minor, or specialized languages, as we aim to showcase a diverse range of language services.
Your profile will showcase the following information on our website:
- Full name and professional photo
- Language pairs
- Professional certifications and qualifications
- Relevant work experience
- Contact information
Professional Profile Listing — Terms and Conditions
1. Listing Period
The Professional Profile Listing fee covers publication of your professional profile on LXTranslation.ca for a period of 12 months, subject to our listing requirements and terms.
2. Listing Fees
- Non-certified professionals: US$125 per year
- Certified professionals: US$195 per year
3. Short-Term Listing Option
For professionals who wish to list their profiles for less than 12 months, a prorated fee may be available for a minimum three-month listing period. The fee will be calculated based on the applicable annual listing fee.
For example, a listing from October 1 to December 31, 2026 (three months) will cost one-quarter (1/4) of the applicable annual fee:
- Non-certified professionals: US$31.25
- Certified professionals: US$48.75
4. No Guarantee of Employment or Assignments
The Professional Profile Listing is a paid promotional service that allows language professionals to showcase their names, photos, language pairs, certifications, qualifications, work experience, and contact information on LXTranslation.ca.
Payment of the listing fee does not guarantee employment, client referrals, translation or interpretation assignments, inquiries, or any particular level of business or income. Listing professionals remain independent service providers and are responsible for negotiating their own service arrangements with prospective clients.
